Delivery

 We offer free delivery on selected products to a large part of the UK. The full list of included postcodes can be found (here)

If you are placing an order for delivery outside of the UK, please reach out to our sales team, who can provide a customised quote.

Please inform us of any restrictions that might affect our ability to deliver, such as low bridges, weight restrictions, or narrow cul-de-sacs.

If you cannot accept your delivery, we will make every effort to leave it in a safe location whenever possible. This is feasible if you select the tail lift delivery option. If this option was not chosen at checkout, we may still leave the pallet, but additional charges may apply.

In the event of a failed delivery, a redelivery fee may be charged. For further details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

All delivery dates and times provided are estimates, and while we will strive to meet them, there may be circumstances beyond our control.

We advise against scheduling deliveries for the same day you need the materials, as delays can occur.

Regrettably, we cannot be responsible for any costs or charges from third parties that you may incur due to the non-delivery of your order.

Please verify your order upon arrival, as it becomes more challenging to address any discrepancies once the delivery has been signed for.

We will notify you within 48 hours of receiving your order if we cannot deliver your products within 30 days.

You will have the option to either wait for the products to be available or cancel your order to receive a full refund.

If you require offload via pallet truck, then we are only able to deliver to flat, level, and hard-standing surfaces
